• Proven leadership experience or the potential to assume a leadership role.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Familiarity with S&OP processes and supply chain optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across different functions.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of specialists in Outbound Planning.
• Set strategic direction for Outbound Planning, aligning with overall business goals.
• Ensure optimal product availability across stores while balancing key supply chain KPIs.
• Actively participate in S&OP processes and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Oversee store replenishment planning performance, focusing on service levels and stock alignment.
• Identify risks and opportunities within the supply chain and take proactive measures.
• Drive continuous improvement through process, tool, and data optimization.
• Collaborate with teams across Purchasing, Logistics, IT, Sales, and Commercial functions.
• Lead transformation initiatives in store replenishment planning.

Education

• Relevant educational background in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Experience with supply chain management tools and data analysis software is advantageous.
