Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary link between customers and internal operations to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Support customer relationships on operational, commercial, and financial levels to enhance transparency.
  • Lead and support improvement projects, serving as a central point of contact.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and cost-saving initiatives to optimize performance.
  • Manage financial administrative tasks, including accurate invoicing.
  • Assist with facility management tasks as needed.
  • Support the Operations Manager and Business Unit Manager with operations-related tasks.

Education
