Job summary

The role involves supporting the development and implementation of packaging and point-of-sale materials to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. The Operations Specialist will manage project timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring effective execution across retail environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Operations, or Point-of-Sales Materials Development.
• Educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in the jewellery, retail, fashion, or FMCG industries is advantageous.
• Familiarity with global organizations and jewellery market trends is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of new packaging and displays.
• Manage multiple projects, including tracking budgets and ensuring quality.
• Maintain and improve the material library for point-of-sale resources.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for material sourcing and supplier management.
• Update the standard assortment catalogue and manage data related to supplier quotes.
• Drive cost management initiatives to achieve savings.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required by business needs.
