Operations Specialist (On-site, Copenhagen)

Job summary

We are looking for a motivated Operations Specialist to enhance our marketing initiatives, focusing on the development and optimization of packaging, displays, and point-of-sale materials. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure effective implementation across retail environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Retail Marketing, Operations, or Point-of-Sales Materials Development.
• Educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience in jewellery, retail, fashion, or FMCG industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of jewellery market trends and best practices preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of new packaging and displays to drive sales.
• Manage multiple projects, track budgets, and ensure quality throughout the creative process.
• Maintain and improve the material library for efficient resource management.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for sourcing materials and managing suppliers.
• Update the standard assortment catalogue and manage data related to supplier quotes.
• Drive the end-to-end process in collaboration with Procurement and Supply Chain.
