Operations Manager (Security, Gurgaon)

Job summary

The role involves supporting the Head of Security in Sweden and Group Functions by driving structure, communication, and follow-up across the security agenda. The Operations Manager will coordinate initiatives and ensure effective implementation of security-related projects globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Several years of experience in project management, PMO, or coordination roles, preferably in security, risk, crisis management, or compliance.
• Strong skills in structuring, planning, and prioritizing with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• High integrity and security awareness.
• Curiosity about security and ambition for future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Security with decision-making materials and daily coordination.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations for leadership.
• Coordinate input from the security team and other stakeholders.
• Lead or co-lead security-related projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment and implementation follow-up.
• Track actions, risks, and dependencies to ensure effective implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor on priorities and risks.
