Operations Manager (Remote)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role
• Proven experience in managing online or remote agent-based teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of online agents, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and offboarding
• Manage daily operations to maintain efficiency and ensure targets are met
• Lead and develop a team of remote agents

• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively
