Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or production environments.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation in Denmark, with experience in compliance and promoting a safety-first culture.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and profit/loss management.
• Experience in leading and developing teams in a performance-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote a zero-accident culture by prioritizing safety and engaging employees in safe practices.
• Build and develop capable teams by attracting, training, and motivating staff.
• Optimize processes and workflows to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Define operational goals, budgets, and KPIs, monitoring progress for efficiency.
• Oversee logistics operations, including inventory management and order processing.
• Travel internationally approximately 15 days per year to improve processes and share best practices.
