Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in Commercial Product Development, Project Management, or Management Consulting, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Ed-Tech landscape and diverse user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to identify and execute top-priority commercial initiatives.
  • Define goals, milestones, and frameworks for initiative delivery.
  • Utilize market trends and customer data to inform development processes.
  • Act as the main contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on timelines and dependencies.
  • Manage user feedback to derive actionable insights for product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with segment leaders to facilitate Customer Advisory Boards.
  • Analyze post-launch performance and iterate on strategies based on data and user sentiment.

Skills

  • Ability to lead and influence without formal authority.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical language to business terms.
  • Highly organized with a focus on both detail and overarching strategy.

Education

  • Relevant degree in a related field preferred but not specified.
