Job summary

The role involves leading and managing operations at a Distribution Center, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound processes. The Operations Manager will coach department managers and teams to achieve optimal results while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or production.
• Knowledge of Danish health and safety legislation and experience in promoting a safety-first culture.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and profit/loss management.
• Experience in leading and developing teams in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to promote a zero-accident culture and prioritize safety.
• Build and develop strong teams by attracting, training, and motivating staff.
• Optimize processes and workflows to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Define operational goals, budgets, and KPIs, monitoring progress for efficiency.
• Oversee logistics operations, including inventory management and order processing.
• Work internationally to improve processes and share best practices.
