Job summary

We are seeking a competent and engaged Operations Expert to lead the Fermentation Department in Esbjerg. This role involves overseeing daily operations and managing a team of skilled process operators to ensure continuous production and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant education as an engineer or technician.
• Experience in fermentation and sterility.
• Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene is mandatory.
• Leadership experience at a middle management level.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and lead a team of 12 process operators.
• Ensure compliance with quality and production goals while prioritizing safety.
• Actively participate in problem-solving and implement continuous improvements.
• Collaborate within a cohesive production team to achieve set objectives.
