About the role

Job summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator fluent in Portuguese to manage group travel programs in Copenhagen. This role involves coordinating with suppliers and clients to ensure high-quality tour execution across the Nordics and Baltics.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in tourism, travel operations, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Commercial mindset balancing service quality and profitability.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, capable of working independently and in a team.
  • Experience with reservation or tour operating systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Nordic and Baltic destinations is beneficial.
