Job summary

This role involves supporting upstream biological processes in a GMP manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth and efficient production of advanced medicines. The position combines scientific insight with hands-on production support in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical production setting
• Solid understanding of upstream processes
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in English
• Structured and analytical problem-solving approach
• Experience in LEAN-oriented environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support daily execution of upstream processes and ensure production activities run smoothly
• Coordinate preparations and ensure production readiness
• Assist in troubleshooting and provide practical guidance for the production floor
• Participate in daily operational meetings and support short-term planning
• Train technicians in upstream operations to enhance team capabilities
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate varying production schedules, including occasional weekend work
