Job summary

This interim role focuses on enhancing omnichannel experiences across Global eCommerce and Retail. The Specialist will implement and optimize omnichannel capabilities, ensuring a seamless customer journey by coordinating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field
• Experience in e-commerce, digital operations, or omnichannel environments
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills for managing multiple tasks independently
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and operational execution

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage global omnichannel initiatives, ensuring alignment with standards and timelines
• Gather and consolidate business requirements from stakeholders across E-commerce, Retail, and Digital teams
• Coordinate rollout activities for omnichannel features, ensuring alignment on deliverables
• Maintain omnichannel documentation and guidelines, ensuring accessibility and consistency
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities
• Track operational issues, perform root-cause analysis, and follow up on resolutions
• Plan for omnichannel readiness during key commercial periods, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
• Recommend improvements to processes and tools within the omnichannel space
• Conduct research on industry trends to support optimization efforts
