Responsibilities

What we offer

  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, common areas, and basement.
  • Load and unload dishwashers.
  • Receive and manage deliveries.
  • Prepare welcome kits for new employees.
  • Report maintenance or equipment issues.
  • Support general office operations and perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
  • Restock fridges, drinks, fruit, and office supplies.
  • During the absence of the Employee Experience Specialist, welcome new employees, assist with onboarding, set up meeting rooms, monitor office communications, answer the office intercom, and order supplies.
  • A stable part-time position with fixed hours on Mondays and Tuesdays from 08:00 to 11:00, with potential for additional hours as needed.
  • A friendly and international working environment with social events.
