Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Significant experience in Offer Management, Product Management, Business Development, or Commercial Leadership.
• Proven track record in driving strategic growth and business transformation.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience in influencing senior stakeholders and leading within a matrix organization.
• Familiarity with building technologies, software, digital services, and energy management solutions.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a 3-year Offer Growth Strategy for the region.
• Drive profitable growth across Fire, BMS, Metering, Power Monitoring, and Software solutions.
• Lead initiatives in pricing, portfolio management, lifecycle management, and commercial excellence.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Foster innovation and digital transformation through new offerings.
• Build and manage a high-performing Offer Management team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Services, and Global Offer teams to maximize impact.
