Qualifications

• Relevant education in Moulds or Injection Moulds engineering.
• Solid specialist knowledge in Moulds engineering.
• Proficiency in mould design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills for calculations and simulations related to mechanical systems.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASME, ISO).
• Basic understanding of budgeting and cost estimation.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities in mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Support standardization and continuous improvement of moulds.
• Provide technical input for mould development and design in collaboration with suppliers.
• Ensure new moulds meet performance criteria for safety, quality, stability, and cost.
• Participate in the implementation of global flows for potential new factories.
