About the role

Job summary

This role involves working with the Global Milk Quality team to enhance milk quality standards in a Northern European context. You will engage with farmer owners and various stakeholders to drive improvements in raw milk quality through collaborative projects.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Animal Science, Food Science, Dairy Science, Dairy Engineering, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
  • Some professional experience is preferred, but recent graduates with a strong interest in milk quality and food safety are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects focused on the development of milk quality.
  • Coordinate activities among different countries and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the structure and progress of ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various business areas and engage with external experts.

Skills

  • Strong curiosity and collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable coordinating tasks and driving progress with support from experienced colleagues.
  • Familiarity with cooperative structures is a plus but not mandatory.

Education

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.

Tools

  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools may be beneficial.
