Mid-Level Project Manager (Creative Agency, Hybrid)

Job summary

This role involves managing client relationships and overseeing project execution in a creative and digital agency environment. The position is a maternity leave cover, offering the chance to work on international projects across branding, marketing, and digital production.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, account management, or client services.
• Background in a creative agency, digital agency, or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage ongoing relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist with project scoping, proposals, budgets, and contracts.
• Lead end-to-end project and client management across various projects.
• Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, and calendars.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and client meetings.
• Oversee budgets, invoicing, and project financials.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure projects adhere to scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables.
• Allocate team members across projects and manage resources effectively.
• Handle project extensions, amendments, and change orders.
• Ensure clear communication between clients, creatives, developers, and leadership.
• Monitor project risks and proactively resolve issues.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency across projects.
