Job summary

This role focuses on driving demand-led buying through accurate sell-out forecasting and effective buying decisions. The position is based in Copenhagen and aims to enhance commercial success by supporting global assortment strategy and maximizing market performance.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, buying, or allocation
  • Experience in the retail or fashion sector
  • Strong understanding of statistical forecasting and analytical methods
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (specialization in merchandising, buying, retail, or fashion is advantageous)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with planning software is a plus
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain sell-out forecasts at SKU level for production and supply planning
  • Conduct weekly analyses of product performance to inform forecasting decisions
  • Utilize statistical forecasting models based on demand patterns and industry trends
  • Identify risks in forecasts and suggest actions to enhance accuracy
  • Implement cluster buying strategies in line with global assortment guidelines
  • Collaborate with Merchants to define launch volumes for new products
  • Participate in market Q-GBRs to refine forecasts for collections and key markets
  • Support Range Framework initiatives and manage tools for Inventory and Allocation teams
  • Propose and coordinate process improvements and standardizations across stakeholders

Education
