Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience in fashion buying, merchandising, or wholesale sales.
  • Strong understanding of product and commercial performance in the specified regions.
  • Ability to identify trends and curate appealing assortments.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize market knowledge and sales data to inform seasonal input for Buying and Design teams.
  • Identify necessary products, price points, and styles for the markets.
  • Define core assortments and showroom setups tailored to regional consumers.
  • Prepare and present collection handovers, collaborating with Sales to establish commercial focus.
  • Support buying sessions with key wholesale partners and enhance product placement through storytelling.
  • Gather actionable insights from market visits to inform product decisions.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence various teams.
  • Proficient in presenting ideas and strategies effectively.

Education

  • Relevant degree in fashion, business, or a related field is preferred but not specified.

Tools
