Responsibilities

  • Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program, including local team meetings and targeted learning sessions.
  • Engage in a global induction at headquarters to understand company strategy, culture, and products.
  • Lead a strategic project that aligns with business goals and drives measurable impact.
  • Transition into a full-time role after the project, contributing to various business areas.
