Master Data Analyst (Supply Chain, Hybrid)

Job summary

This role involves managing and ensuring data accuracy across global production facilities, supporting planning and production processes. The Master Data Analyst will work closely with various teams to maintain high-quality master data essential for stable supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Production Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred, but experience is prioritized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong experience with SAP as an ERP system is highly valued.
• Familiarity with master data, supply chain, quality, and production planning is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented with a structured and analytical approach.
• Open to new perspectives and willing to challenge existing processes.
• Ability to maintain an end-to-end perspective and focus on functional expertise growth.

Responsibilities

• Execute core operational master data tasks in the ERP system, including Bill of Material creation and maintenance.
• Manage data related to material movements between production sites to optimize planning.
• Generate reports for data validation to support data governance.
• Collaborate with partners on master data processes, particularly in planning and production.
• Engage in new initiatives affecting the existing master data structure.
• Enhance workflows to improve task execution quality and efficiency.

Education
