Job summary

Qualifications

• A college degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in market development, product management, or technical sales, preferably in industrial applications.
• Proven success in managing strategic accounts and identifying market opportunities.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or plastics recycling industries is advantageous.
• International business experience and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities in healthcare and plastics recycling.
• Support sales in managing key accounts and lead the acquisition of new strategic customers.
• Advise on product portfolio trends and support new product development.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotional materials.
• Create and update training materials and serve as a subject matter expert.
