Job summary

We are seeking a structured Manufacturing Expert to join our Operations Support team in Hillerød. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth daily production in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment, providing timely support and driving cross-functional coordination to maintain operational stability.

Qualifications

• Experience in downstream manufacturing processes; familiarity with upstream processes is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
• Comfortable working with data to inform decisions; possesses a 'data-savvy' mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across shifts and functions.
• Ability to act swiftly under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory expectations.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, supporting root-cause analyses and driving corrective actions.
• Serve as first-line support for daily production challenges and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Manage deviation handling within the value stream to ensure timely closure and effective countermeasures.
• Monitor adherence to production plans, analyze delays, and propose improvements.
• Drive follow-up on production-related issues and provide visibility on ongoing challenges.
• Maintain and analyze operational data to enhance quality, robustness, and efficiency.
• Contribute to cross-functional coordination to ensure operational continuity in a 24/7 setup.

Education

• Relevant educational background in manufacturing or a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and manufacturing software is beneficial.
