Job summary

This role focuses on integrating technology strategy with change management and adoption within a global organization. The position involves shaping technology strategies, evaluating emerging technologies, and operationalizing technology roadmaps across various domains. The manager will lead cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective communication of technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA in tech/digital strategy preferred
• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy, change management, or digital transformation within a complex organization
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize technology strategy across various domains
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to support strategic goals
• Engage with architecture and engineering teams to build consensus on tech strategy
• Support the execution of AI initiatives, including tool governance and use case ideation
• Develop metrics and governance for technology strategy
• Navigate a multi-vendor organization to drive alignment and adoption
• Lead change and adoption planning for technology initiatives
• Establish collaboration with engineering teams to promote adoption of strategies
• Communicate effectively about technology strategies to relevant audiences
