Manager, Sales & Operations Planning

Job summary

This role involves connecting commercial goals with supply chain execution, focusing on facilitating cross-functional processes and driving data-informed business decisions. The position is based in Hellerup, Denmark, and is part of the Sales & Operations Planning & Systems team.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree, preferably a Master's in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Integrated Business Planning, or Supply Chain Excellence.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on translating data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and enhance the quarterly global S&OP process.
• Coordinate the monthly S&OE process to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
• Conduct demand and supply scenario simulations using Maestro to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop planning analyses, KPI reports, and executive presentations for management.
• Drive continuous improvements in planning processes and systems to achieve operational excellence.

Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in planning systems, ERP solutions, and analytical tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with advanced planning platforms such as Maestro, SAP IBP, or similar is preferred.

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Maestro (Kinaxis), Power BI, Excel, and other ERP or planning systems.
