Supply Chain Student Assistant

Job summary

This position offers students the chance to gain practical experience in supply chain operations within a global pharmaceutical context. The role focuses on supporting the transition to a Partner Market operating model, enhancing collaboration with external logistics partners.

Qualifications

• Currently studying supply chain management, engineering, or business.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools like Python, SQL, or PowerBi is advantageous.
• Interest in supply chain transformation and process improvement.
• Experience with large datasets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage order changes and follow-up activities in collaboration with Commercial Operations and external partners.
• Collect, structure, and analyze supply chain data; develop reports and KPIs to monitor performance metrics.
• Assist in process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track operational performance and identify opportunities for enhanced collaboration with partners.
