Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in the wind industry
  • Proven ability to lead remotely and manage teams effectively
  • Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Quality (HSQ) standards
  • Experience in project management and operational processes
  • Proficient in IT systems, including MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and strategic goals
  • Oversee hiring and retention, promoting safety and high performance
  • Create a positive work environment focused on employee well-being
  • Manage budget responsibilities and resource allocation
  • Support projects by providing well-trained resources
  • Ensure operational readiness to meet business demands
  • Direct Offshore Execution and I&C Management, driving continuous improvement initiatives
