Job summary

This role focuses on driving the development of a Group Services organization by facilitating strategic initiatives, enhancing collaboration, and improving operational efficiency across various corporate functions such as IT, HR, Finance, and Legal.

Qualifications

  • Relevant master’s degree in business, strategy, economics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in management consulting, transformation, PMO, project management, or strategy execution.
  • Strong analytical and structuring skills to simplify complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and manage strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and business value across Group Services.
  • Support strategy execution by tracking progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Prepare leadership communications, including presentations and decision materials.
  • Participate in leadership meetings to facilitate alignment and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain the Group Services Ways of Working platform (SharePoint).
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment processes to support organizational change.

Skills

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint for creating executive-level materials.
  • Interest in digital platforms and experience with SharePoint or process management is advantageous.

Education

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
