About the role

Job summary

This is a 10-month comprehensive Leadership Development program aimed at cultivating future leaders within the organization. Participants will engage in various projects and gain hands-on experience across different business areas.

Qualifications

  • Expected graduation date must align with the recruiting calendar for the geographic zone.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities through extracurricular activities, internships, or volunteer work.
  • Must be fully mobile and willing to work on-site at major locations throughout the program.

Responsibilities

  • Complete three weeks of onboarding, including local and global induction.
  • Participate in five months of Field Training across key areas such as Sales, Supply, Logistics, and Customer Service.
  • Attend a week of Leadership and Methodology training.
  • Work on a four-month individual project to deliver measurable results.
  • Present the project to Leadership and receive feedback for final placement into a full-time role.

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and agility in decision-making.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively in teams and lead initiatives.
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge existing processes.

Education

  • Candidates must be nearing graduation, with a focus on leadership and teamwork.

Tools

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and analytical tools may be beneficial.
