Maintenance Manager (Stockholm)

Job summary

The Maintenance Manager will be part of the European Maintenance Team, based in Stockholm, responsible for overseeing maintenance standards across store and office locations in Sweden and Denmark. This role involves collaboration with various internal departments and external suppliers to ensure operational excellence and safety in all locations.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a maintenance department, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Fluency in Danish, Swedish, and English is essential.
• Air-conditioning and electrician certifications are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to store locations across Scandinavia weekly.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and reactive maintenance across stores and Head Office.
• Conduct regular store visits to identify issues and implement improvements.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Quickly resolve maintenance issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize maintenance management software and supplier onboarding.
• Manage maintenance budgets and support cost control initiatives.
• Oversee relationships with maintenance suppliers and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with inspections and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the main contact for insurance claims and contractors.
• Lead supplier tenders to enhance service quality and drive savings.
• Build strong partnerships with stores and external providers.
