Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing compliance, process governance, and operational performance within the Part-145 organization. The position aims to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, minimize audit risks, and standardize processes across various stations.

Qualifications

• Proven project management expertise.
• Background in maintenance, compliance, or quality, ideally in the aviation sector.
• Familiarity with EASA Part-145 regulations is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience with audits, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated skills in process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

• Assist NP Maintenance in meeting EASA Part-145 compliance.
• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Lead the development and standardization of processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee maintenance-related projects across different stations.
• Prepare for audits, participate in them, and ensure closure of findings.
• Develop and refine maintenance procedures and supporting documentation.
• Enhance training materials and support competence development initiatives.
• Ensure uniform implementation of processes across all line stations.
• Decrease in audit findings and improved effectiveness in closures.
• Standardized processes across all maintenance locations.
