Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing compliance, process governance, and operational performance within a Part-145 organization in the aviation sector. The manager will establish ownership of maintenance compliance support and lead initiatives for process standardization and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven project management capabilities
  • Background in maintenance, compliance, or quality, ideally in aviation
  • Familiarity with EASA Part-145 is a plus
  • Experience with audits, CAPA, and regulatory standards
  • Skills in process improvement
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Work setup

This position requires full-time, on-site presence at the designated location, five days a week.

  • Ensure compliance with EASA Part-145 requirements
  • Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Lead the development and standardization of processes
  • Coordinate maintenance-related projects across various stations
  • Assist in audit preparation and address findings
  • Develop and refine maintenance procedures and supporting documents
  • Enhance training materials and support competence development
  • Ensure uniform process implementation across all line stations
  • Decrease in audit findings and improved closure rates
  • Standardized processes across maintenance locations
  • Enhanced training quality and fewer operational deviations
  • Increased efficiency in maintenance workflows and documentation
