Job summary

This role involves contributing to project-based AI opportunities focused on testing, evaluating, and enhancing AI systems. Contributors will engage in designing computational STEM problems that simulate scientific workflows, requiring Python programming to solve. Responsibilities include ensuring problems are computationally intensive, developing non-trivial reasoning tasks, verifying solutions, and documenting problem statements.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of practical machine learning experience with demonstrable business impact
• Portfolio showcasing completed projects and publications
• Proficient in Python for data science (pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn)
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms
• Skilled in SQL and database operations for data manipulation
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases)
• Understanding of MLOps practices and model deployment workflows
• Knowledge of modern frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain)
• Strong written English proficiency (C1+)

Compensation

Contributors can earn up to $58 per hour, depending on their experience and contribution pace. Project time expectations are around 10–20 hours per week during active phases.
