Job summary

The M&A Project Manager will be integral in executing global M&A projects, focusing on delivery and analytical rigor while engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders. This role involves hands-on contributions to due diligence, valuation, and opportunity assessments, ensuring high-quality strategic decisions are made.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, business, or a related field
• 4–6 years of relevant M&A advisory experience, particularly in project management, due diligence, and valuation processes

Responsibilities

• Manage due diligence processes with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating large cross-functional teams
• Drive valuation work and financial analyses to support investment decisions
• Prepare structured materials for discussions with executive and senior leadership
• Conduct market research, mapping, and opportunity screening
• Identify and assess new opportunities in collaboration with business units, evaluating potential targets and making recommendations for senior leadership
• Develop and execute engagement strategies with prospective companies

Skills

• Full professional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• High adaptability in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Ownership mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proven team player with collaborative skills across functions and seniority levels
• Experience with AI applications in open-source intelligence (OSINT) and data parsing is a plus
