Logistics Specialist (Nordics)

Job summary

The role involves managing third-party logistics providers and suppliers across various transport and warehousing operations in the Nordics, ensuring compliance with service agreements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, business administration, or related field, or equivalent operational experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics planning, 3PL management, or warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL providers and suppliers, ensuring service delivery aligns with SLAs and contracts.
• Lead performance reviews with logistics partners and enforce compliance with quality management standards.
• Establish and monitor logistics SLAs and KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Conduct strategic analysis to align logistics capabilities with business strategies and drive sustainability initiatives.
• Build collaborative relationships with the European Supply Chain Team and provide technical logistics support during promotional events.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure operational compliance with safety and quality standards.

Skills

• High proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and transport management software.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analysis tools like Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
