Job summary

The Logistics Operative Tier 1 is responsible for the safe movement of parts within a warehouse and data centre environment. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting the Logistics Team in executing service operations while ensuring compliance and maintaining service quality.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Practices and Work Instructions accurately.
• Maintain strict inventory control and perform system transactions.
• Ensure timely shipments and receipts.
• Transport inventory using material handling equipment and box trucks.
• Perform additional duties focused on quality and efficiency.
• Monitor service quality and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain 5S standards in operational areas.
• Escalate non-compliance issues for resolution.
• Participate in training related to role responsibilities.
• Provide proactive customer service support.

Education
