Loan Operations Specialist (Finance, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The Loan Operations Specialist will focus on post-trading processes within the syndicated loans sector, handling tasks such as loan closing, trade management, and data reconciliation. The role requires a proactive approach to both routine operations and ad-hoc projects, emphasizing teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in Finance, Economics, or equivalent
• Strong communication skills with high proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Excellent financial acumen and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to independently manage projects
• Experience in Asset Management, Financial Institutions, or Banking is preferred
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or similar is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day loan trade operations
• Review and process documents for syndicated loan settlements
• Reconcile loan-related data points
• Communicate daily with counterparties
• Oversee cash management activities
• Control and enhance loan processes
• Implement regulatory requirements
