Job summary

This role involves supporting a busy entrepreneur and their family with personal logistics, travel, calendar management, and daily life operations. The Lifestyle Manager will work closely with the principal to streamline their daily activities and ensure smooth operations in both personal and household matters.

  • Legally eligible to work in Portugal
  • Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily logistics and priorities for the principal
  • Handle errands, bookings, reservations, and purchases
  • Coordinate appointments, suppliers, and services
  • Protect and manage the principal’s calendar and communication
  • Schedule meetings and filter emails
  • Book travel arrangements and create itineraries
  • Coordinate household support and manage maintenance tasks
  • Understand and manage dietary preferences and health-related appointments
  • Handle local administrative tasks and communicate with local service providers

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
  • Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English

Education

  • Relevant experience in personal assistance or lifestyle management preferred

Tools

  • Familiarity with scheduling and communication tools is beneficial
