Seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Concierge to assist a busy entrepreneur and family with personal logistics, travel, calendar management, and daily operations. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage various tasks efficiently.

  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and strong English proficiency
  • Legally eligible to work in Portugal

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily logistics, priorities, and errands for the principal
  • Protect and manage the principal’s calendar and communication
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries
  • Oversee household coordination and support household staff
  • Understand and manage food, health, and personal preferences
  • Handle local administrative tasks and communicate with local service providers

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility with travel and changing schedules
  • Ability to create systems and routines for efficiency
  • Experience in high-trust, practical roles

Education

  • Relevant experience in personal assistance or concierge roles preferred

Tools

  • Familiarity with scheduling and communication tools
