Lifecycle Operations Lead (Remote, HR Operations)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing global employment processes within the Employee Lifecycle team, specifically in Employee Relations and Transitions. The position involves addressing operational challenges, improving workflows, and implementing automation to elevate HR practices across various countries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in high-volume, tech-enabled operational teams across diverse global regions.
• Technical expertise in workflow and data processing systems with a strong inclination towards automation.
• Experience in identifying and scaling AI-enabled workflows, emphasizing quality and risk management.
• Proven ability to design and implement operational workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced experience in data analysis and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of leading complex discussions.
• Fluent in English; experience in a startup environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and update complex process maps and standard operating procedures for Employee Relations and Transitions.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities in collaboration with leadership and peers.
• Prioritize and implement AI opportunities, managing the transition from pilot to full-scale adoption.
• Support new country expansions by mapping key lifecycle events and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement by translating case patterns into actionable process changes.

• Proficiency in managing operational workflows and automation.
• Ability to independently lead projects with minimal supervision.

Tools

• Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Kissflow, Docusign, and Google Workspace for operational management.
