Lifecycle Operations Lead (Remote, Global HR)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency within the Employee Relations and Transitions team, addressing day-to-day challenges through process design, automation, and data management. The position aims to improve customer experience and operational capacity while ensuring compliance and risk management across global employment practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in high-volume, tech-enabled operational teams across diverse regions.
• Strong technical skills in workflow and data processing systems with a focus on automation.
• Experience in implementing AI-enabled workflows and defining success metrics.
• Proven ability to design operational workflows that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and update complex process maps and standard operating procedures for Employee Relations and Transitions.
• Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Lead AI opportunity discovery and rollout plans within the team.
• Support new country expansions by mapping lifecycle events and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement through structured lessons learned practices.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in operations, HR, or related fields.
