Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, or legal risk management from a law firm or in-house role.
• Qualified attorney with right of audience or an assistant attorney nearing qualification.
• Interest in people leadership and team development.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to advise on varied legal questions.
• Effective communication skills for advising senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claims recovery and litigation related to infrastructure damage, including risk assessment and case strategy.
• Lead and develop a team of legal student assistants, ensuring quality and collaboration.
• Provide business-oriented legal advice across various legal areas, particularly contracts.
• Support commercial projects requiring litigation experience and legal judgment.
• Contribute to the improvement of legal processes and knowledge sharing within the team.
