Job summary

This role involves developing leadership capabilities through assessment, training, and facilitation, focusing on Human Factors in various operational contexts. The position is part of a growing team dedicated to enhancing leadership skills across multiple industries.

Qualifications

  • Experience or interest in leadership, behavioral analysis, and development processes.
  • Proficiency in English at a professional level.
  • Familiarity with psychometric tests and behavioral observation; certification in assessment tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training and analysis of Human Factors at both individual and group levels.
  • Administer psychometric tests and analyze results for operational leaders across industries such as Oil & Gas, Green Energy, and Shipping.
  • Provide feedback on individual development areas focusing on Human Factors and promotion suitability.
  • Deliver Human Factor training using simulators in an operational context.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs and individual coaching for leaders at various levels.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop training and personality analysis programs.

Education

  • Background in psychology or a related field is preferred.

Tools
