Job summary

This role involves developing and delivering training programs focused on leadership and human factors within various industries. The position is part of a growing team dedicated to enhancing leadership capabilities through assessment and facilitation.

Qualifications

  • Experience or interest in leadership, behavioral analysis, and development processes.
  • Proficient in English at a professional level.
  • Certification in psychometric assessment tools is preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training and analysis of Human Factors at both individual and group levels.
  • Administer psychometric tests and provide feedback to operational leaders across different sectors, including Oil & Gas and Green Energy.
  • Deliver Human Factor training using simulators in operational settings.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs and individual coaching sessions for leaders.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop training and personality analysis programs.

Skills

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Independent worker with team collaboration skills.
  • Trustworthy and reliable.

Education

  • Background in psychology or related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with psychometric assessment tools and training methodologies.
