Job summary

The Lead Value Engineer is responsible for guiding customers through their value journey, ensuring they achieve strategic goals and realize significant value using a Process Intelligence Platform. This role involves collaborating with sales teams and engaging with senior stakeholders to drive measurable business impact and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating value through data analysis and business process improvement, preferably in a customer-facing capacity within Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting.
  • Familiarity with Business Software/SaaS applications, RPA, BI Tools, and experience in building dashboards and applications. Proficiency in Python and/or SQL is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in identifying business process improvement opportunities and implementing change initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting value roadmaps and results to executive stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Industry expertise in sectors such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals is preferred.
  • Relevant degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a similar field.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and translate customers' strategic priorities into impactful use cases and business cases.
  • Conduct value assessments and facilitate workshops to uncover opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, focusing on landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing.
  • Develop strategic expansion roadmaps for customers to integrate the Process Intelligence Platform into their operations.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the platform based on new use cases.

Education

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics.
