• Experience in agile delivery models such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of outcomes across multiple teams and integrations.
• Collaborate with scrum/delivery teams to enhance workflows and identify risks.
• Conduct retrospectives and create action plans for continuous improvement.
• Articulate project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project status and updates.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Expertise in Payments, IaaS, PaaS, CI/CD, SQL databases, and microservices APIs is a plus.
• Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints.

Education

• Relevant technical or engineering background preferred.
