The Lead Technical Program Manager is responsible for overseeing complex projects and programs by collaborating with product managers, software development managers, and senior leaders across various teams. This role involves defining roadmap deliverables, developing execution plans, tracking progress, and managing risks while balancing business needs with technical constraints.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise technical programs from inception to delivery.
  • Strong critical thinking and thought leadership skills.
  • Experience in agile delivery models such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and apply continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of outcomes from inception to successful delivery across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with scrum/delivery teams to enhance workflows and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct retrospectives and create action plans for team improvements.
  • Identify system efficiencies and process improvements for program leadership consideration.
  • Clearly communicate project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project status and updates.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Payments, IaaS, PaaS, CI/CD, SQL databases, and microservices APIs is a plus.
