Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize reward programs, frameworks, and processes.
• Lead global reward initiatives from conception through to design and implementation.
• Translate data, market insights, and business needs into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR stakeholders on reward-related topics and strategic people decisions.
• Drive analytics and insights to improve transparency and decision-making in reward practices.
• Explore the use of technology and data to enhance reward programs and employee experiences.
