Lead Product Manager (Crypto, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves leading the product strategy for a regulated crypto product portfolio, including trading, custody, and tokenization. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure successful product launches and compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management or Engineering, particularly in crypto, brokerage, or financial infrastructure.
• Proven track record in managing regulated crypto products at scale.
• Familiarity with US crypto regulatory frameworks such as NY DFS, SEC, and FINRA.
• Experience in driving partnership programs from inception to launch.
• Proficiency in using AI tools in product management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for crypto products, including borrow/lend, custody, and tokenization initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of ongoing crypto projects, setting priorities and resolving obstacles.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and provide insights on policy changes affecting crypto products.
• Develop and mentor the crypto product management team.
• Represent the crypto product line in cross-functional meetings and discussions.

Skills

• Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate stakeholder trade-offs and technical feasibility.
• Experience with web3 technologies and on-chain engineering concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with tokenized assets and their regulatory implications.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

Tools

• Familiarity with AI tools for product management and development processes.
