Lead Data Analyst (Marketing, Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on leveraging data to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive growth. The Lead Data Analyst will work within the Go-To-Market Analytics team to develop sophisticated methodologies for measuring marketing ROI and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and R or Python, with a strong grasp of regression models and statistical significance.
• Experience with Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and incrementality testing.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence decision-making through data.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Looker (LookML) or similar BI tools.
• Commitment to data quality and experience with modern data stacks (e.g., BigQuery, dbt, Airflow).

Responsibilities

• Own the methodology for measuring marketing effectiveness through advanced analytics.
• Conduct complex analyses such as cohort analysis and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing leads to design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests.
• Develop and scale analytics infrastructure, integrating solutions into the data stack.
• Create intuitive dashboards in Looker to provide actionable insights for various stakeholders.
• Analyze the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for revenue growth.
• Work with data engineering teams to ensure robust marketing data pipelines.
